Dry Lips?

As we move into winter, we become more prone to dehydrated, chapped lips. While you may be armed with the richest lip salve, dry peeling lips are not simply a matter of applying lip care, but addressing the stomach, small intestine and spleen. Your lips correspond to your health through their appearance. This concept is similar to reflexology and acupincture: Thier dryness may indicate dryness in the digestive tract, constipation, or a weak spleen.

Try eating only moist, easy to digest foods, taking oils/essential fatty acids and increasing water intake. Replenishing the organs that relate to your lips doesn't just lubricate them but also makes them truly healthy, plump and kissable.
